Crafted entirely from recycled cotton, this Marimekko cushion cover embraces a natural, organic aesthetic, with gentle variations in tone and colour that make each piece truly one of a kind. The design features Maija Isola’s Vuoren Kasvit pattern, inspired by her time living in the Appalachian Mountains of North America. Surrounded by the region’s rich wilderness, she collected and studied large botanical forms that later evolved into her intricate, finely detailed artworks and textile prints, with this serene design first introduced in 1979.
